PLEASE READ ALL OF OUR ORDER POLICIES BEFORE PROCESSING PAYMENT!
Order Changes and Refunds:
Please verify that your order is complete and correct before submitting payment. We are not able to edit or cancel orders once they have been submitted. We are also not able to combine multiple orders placed by a single customer, even if they are being shipped to the same address. This policies enable us to ensure that our customers still receive their orders as quickly as possible.
All Starter kits and parts and accessories have a two week warranty. However, we are not able to replace the product when there is water damage. Also we are not liable for combustion of batteries. If there is any other problem with your item please give us a call or email us within the two week trial period and we can replace your product for you.
All liquid products are custom filled during the order fulfillment process. Therefore, once your order containing liquid (i.e. e-liquid, unflavored nic, concentrated flavoring, etc.) has been filled, the purchase is complete and cannot be returned or refunded. However, if you have comments or suggestions on how we can make our products better satisfy you please feel free to call us or email us so we can better meet your needs!
Phone Orders:
We are happy to answer your call to offer advice and even walk you through placing your order online.
It is often mentioned that security of personal information is one of the main reasons for placing orders via the phone. We at Mongo's Flavors certainly understand the fear of allowing your personal information to get into the wrong hands and have taken every feasible step possible to prevent this from occurring. You can rest assured that all portions of our site in which personal information is entered is properly secured and encrypted for your protection. Also, when placing the order over the phone your payment information is still relayed through the same online gateway to our credit card processor.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Standard Flat Rate Mail. All orders are shipped as quickly as possible, and most ship the same day. Please note, E-Liquid is hand mixed per order, and may take slightly longer. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time on Friday as well as orders placed throughout the weekend will likely be shipped on Monday, even though we may process them at any time (even Sundays). Orders placed on Monday will likely ship on Tuesday.
Standard USPS Priority Mail Shipping is a flat rate of $5.95 per order (*Additional charges may apply for some orders depending on the size, weight, and location. Customer will be contacted via email or phone prior to shipping if this occurs). We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice without the notice or consent of the buyer.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for the package. All questions regarding package tracking and delivery should be directed to USPS (or relevant shipping provider) as we have no control over the package once it leaves our hands. We do not guarantee shipping times or dates. It is the customer's responsibility to track their package and be aware of when it may be delivered.
When shipping problems occur (i.e. tracking information shows package as delivered, but package was not received) it is best to immediately take the tracking number with you to your local post office for further inquiry and request that they locate the package. They often have more information regarding the delivery or may even be holding the package there. The delivery person may also be able to provide further information about where the package was left.
IMPORTANT!: If tracking info shows the package has been delivered but package was not received, then it is required that you notify us within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered. Unfortunately, if we are not notified within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered then no recourse is available.
